CocktailBAR RABENwein   ..."slow wine" and "molecular cocktails" in our hotel bar - which is offering more than anything you ´d expect from a classic hotelbar 

 "Slow wine" is a special concept: all wines we offer you are produced in a natural and "slow" way, in contrast to the rather fast and artifical fermentation process of the global wine industry. We invite our hotel guests for a glass of wine or any other aperitif every evening during the "ora dell´ aperitivo" between 6 o´clock and 8 o´clock: have a glass with us - along with some nice Antipasti. Come back after dinner in our old town neighbourhood and continue drinking wine coming along with some french cheese or a wonderful homemade dessert or have a delicious cocktail relaxing in our bar and lobby ... Molecular Mixology: every molecular drink is prepared by different ingredients added in different aggregate states.... just try or ask our bartenders Dominik and Simon!
