Adapter / recharcher 

If you need an adapter for your technical devices or an recharger for your mobile phone please ask at the reception.

Additional / different pillow or blanket

Please ask at the reception. We have a wide selection of pillows to your disposal.

Allergenic bedding

Just ask at the reception. We will prepare antiallergic linen for you at any time.

Baby-sitting service

Should you need a baby-sitter, please ask at the Reception.


We offer you coffee, espresso, cappuccino etc. in our hotel lobby during the day. In the evening aperitifs, digestifs and from 18 hours cocktails. Try a complimentary glas of our selected wines between 18.00 and 20.00!


Buffet and à la carte in our lounge from 6.30 until 10.30 a.m. At the weekend from 7.00 a.m. Alterna-tively, on demand, (dial “9”) to your room at any time.

Central safe

In your room there is a safe. Should you, however, want us to deposit your valuables in our central safe, please ask at the Reception.

Complementary umbrella service

If you need an umbrella, the Reception will gladly lend you one for your stay! There is also one for your convenience in your wardrobe.

Copy and Scan

We shall attend to that for you with pleasure at Reception.


We are pleased to get you tickets for the opera, the theatre or other cultural events.

Daily exchange of towels or bedclothes

If you stay with us more than one night, please let us know if you wish daily exchange of your linen. If you would like us to provide you with fresh towels just leave them on the floor of your bathroom.

Dental care and razor sets

Forgot your tooth brush? Left your razor at home? Never mind. We’ve thought of everything. Such items are available for you at the Reception.

Express Checkout

We are pleased to prepare your invoice for an express checkout, just let us know one evening prior to your departure.

Flight connections

Do you have to plan your return journey or the continuation of your journey? We attend to that for
Munich, Frankfurt-on-Main or to another destination? No problem, we get you there with our in-house car: please ask us one day in advance!

Please use your “Do not disturb”– sign if you don´t want to be disturbed by our roommaids in the evening.

Valet parking

we’ll gladly park your car in our private parking garage. It’s very convenient and easy: Simply give us your keys, we’ll park your car and collect it whenever you need it. Please inform us 15 minutes in advance

Wake-up call service

Would you like to be woken up? Please contact the Reception.


Ask at Reception: we can recommend a fitness studio, a beauty parlour, a swimming pool or a sauna nearby. For a massage we can organize a masseur or masseuse in your room.


In the vicinity of Nürnberg there are various golf courses. They are within easy reach, ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour away. Ask at Reception.


Either use our W-Lan-Connection (available in the entire building – please ask for the code at the reception) or our terminal at the reception. Notebooks for personal use in the lobby or your room can be borrowed at the reception. Print your documents directly from these notebooks! We will be glad to assist you. Our internet services are free of charge.

Laundry, dry cleaning, ironing and valet service

Within 9 hours (ironing within one hour) if delivered at Reception before 9.00 a.m. Simply use the laundry Bag provided in your wardrobe, for laundry as well as for dry cleaning service.

Luggage service and storage

Dial “9“ or let us know at the Reception if you want us to help you with your luggage when you are departing. You can also leave your luggage with us anytime and as long as you like at a safe place.


On request at Reception, we arrange a massage for you in your room – see the enclosed info flyer.

Pressing iron and ironing board

Please call the reception, we will be glad to bring an iron and/or ironing board to your room.

Qualified IT support

Should you have any problems with your computer, particularly when using our free W-LAN system, please contact the Reception.


Staffed 24 hours – can be reached from your room when you dial “9”.


There are countless restaurants in town. At your request, we can suggest one to you in line with your taste and book a table for you.

Room service - Beverages

24 hours – just dial “9” and let us know your wishes. We will try to make everything possible.

Sewing service

Dress torn? Hole in your suit? No problem. We’ll have your clothes mended for you. Just leave your garments at the Reception and we’ll see to it that they are mended as quickly as possible.

Shoeshine service

We try to do everything for you. So we´d clean also your shoes. Ask at the reception.
